Why CoSpire?
CoSpire brings two important concepts together into one collaboration. A spire is a tall structure that stands above the rest. Spires take many forms from the organic anatomy of a blade of grass to the tall fixtures that dot a city's skyline. We know that your national or international nonprofit organization can stand taller and achieve more through a combination of organic growth and intentional effort.
In Latin, spiro means "to breathe." In words like inspire and conspire it means to breathe life into or breathe together. Breath is life. Your goals and aspirations can use the added oxygen of a partner that understands that your efforts can change lives, transform communities, and revolutionize tomorrow.

Our Founder
By profession, Janetta is a 3-D strategist, researcher, and systems thinker known for creating high performance with mindful sustainable leadership for global change. As a consultant she works to mobilize outcome-based change for a more just world. She is an Executive Coach, governance consultant, and strategic planner who motivates leaders to create sustainable growth by balancing leadership styles that model honesty and transparency while driving for results and impact.
Janetta has managed and supervised efforts in poverty elimination, anti-racism initiatives, inter-religious community impact actions, and advocacy efforts for LGBTQ and their allies. In practice, she is a mentor, leader, and analyst who believes in every person and organization with whom she works. She specializes in understanding complex networks and identifying immanent workflows and strategies within the system.
She has received a Compassionate Leadership Certificate from Stanford University, and a Trauma Sensitive (TCTSY Methodology) Certificate from the Center for Trauma and Embodiment at the Justice Resource Institute in Boston, MA. She is a BoardSource Certified Governance Consultant, and has received her Certificate in Fundraising Management (CFRM) from the Lily School of Philanthropy. She was a licensed consultant with the Standards for Excellence program, the nation’s leading resource in nonprofit ethics and sustainable practices, where she served two terms as a member of the Standards for Excellence Council and was a member of the Diversity and Equity Task Force. She holds a post-graduate fellowship in Organizational Design and Development from the Hollifield Leadership Institute in North Carolina, a Masters Degree in Ecumenical Theology from the University of Geneva, Geneva Switzerland, a Masters of Divinity from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, and a Bachelors of Music from Phillips University, Enid, Oklahoma.

Courage
To narrow the gap between identifying problems and finding solutions we need brave spaces for authenticity, honesty, clarity, and care. It takes heart and passion for a group's purpose and a desire to work together to seek clear outcomes. Boldness and bravery are companions in courage.
Community
We are stronger together and seek to uncover our common-unity. We honor the uniqueness of each group with which we work and believe that all voices are valuable. Building strong communities and organizational cultures means disrupting the systems that no longer serve us. We bring processes to build up groups and leave organizations stronger than before.
Compassion
We are partners in becoming. We have mutual passion for what can be and conspire together to achieve what's possible. We recognize that the alleviation of suffering in any system is necessary for positive growth and healthy community. All people matter in the process.
